Your responsibilities

• Be a key player in the end-to-end RtR process, supporting timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate daily with local accounting teams across Europe—bringing clarity and consistency to our GL activities.
• Handle a diverse range of tasks, including:
• Journal entry preparation and posting
• Intercompany transactions
• Fixed assets accounting
• Bank postings and reconciliations
• Accruals and prepayments
• Balance sheet and VAT reconciliations
• Month-end closing and reporting
• Project-related accounting activities

Our requirements

• Fixed assets and depreciation
• Accrual for doubtful debts
• Revenue recognition
• Cost accruals
• Payroll posting
• Preparation of Balance Sheet and P&L in consolidation tool
• English fluency (min. B2) — German is a plus, but not a must!
• At least 4 years of experience in an RtR or General Ledger role.
• Solid grasp of accounting principles and month-end processes.
• Experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system.
• A proactive communicator who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
