Your responsibilities

• Activity Planning & Execution:
• Develop annual and quarterly employee engagement plans (e.g., festivals, sports events, family days, annual parties, team building).
• Design creative activity programs aligned with company strategy and culture, manage full execution including budget, resources, and post-event evaluation.
• Culture Communication & Internal Promotion Create and publish internal news, activity reports, and feature articles; maintain intranet, enterprise messaging platforms, and notice boards.
• Design and produce promotional materials (posters, videos, graphics) for activities.
• Promote corporate values, culture, and key company information through online and offline channels.
• Cross-Department Collaboration & Resource Management: Coordinate with HR, Admin, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of activities.
• Liaise with external vendors (event companies, material suppliers, photographers) to ensure quality and cost control.
• Data Collection & Feedback: Collect employee feedback through surveys and interviews; provide recommendations for improvement.
• Track and analyze participation rates, satisfaction levels, and other metrics to inform future activities.
• Other Duties: Support employee care initiatives (e.g., birthday greetings, holiday gifts, work anniversary celebrations).
• Assist in implementing CSR activities or community projects.
