About the project

• We are seeking a skilled Support Engineer to join our customer, providing high-quality technical support to a global clientele, with a primary focus on enterprise customers utilizing backstage.io.

Your responsibilities

• You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, assisting customers through email, chat, and phone interactions, and ensuring timely and effective resolution within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• You will interact directly with clients through the HubSpot support portal, maintain clear communication, and offer guidance on technical matters related to TypeScript, React, and backstage.io.
• Your daily responsibilities will include diagnosing problems, collaborating with internal teams as needed, documenting solutions, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Our requirements

• Proven experience with technical support, preferably for enterprise customers
• Basic development skills in TypeScript and React
• Familiarity with backstage.io (enterprise version preferred)
• Excellent soft skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Strong problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills
• Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken
• Experience supporting clients via email, chat, and phone
• Experience with support portals (e.g., HubSpot) is an advantage
