Your responsibilities

• Lead front-end development of large-scale, real-time web applications
• Define architecture, coding standards, and technical direction for the front-end team
• Work closely with UX designers, product owners, and backend developers to deliver seamless features
• Optimize performance and maintain high standards of code quality and maintainability
• Mentor developers and support their technical growth within the team

Our requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in front-end or full-stack development with JavaScript and TypeScript
• Hands-on expertise in modern frameworks (preferably Vue.js) and front-end best practices
• Proven experience leading projects or development teams
• Solid knowledge of responsive design, performance optimization, and CI/CD workflows
• English at a minimum B2 level, both spoken and written
• Residing in Poland required
