About the project

• The Agile & Atlassian team operates in two areas: Agile methodologies in their broadest sense and the Atlassian Stack ecosystem. The team currently consists of over 100 specialists.
• As an Atlassian Platinum Partner, we provide comprehensive support to our clients in implementing Atlassian platform products — from the deployment and automation of business processes to tool maintenance and optimization, as well as training and licensing consulting. We deliver projects in both on-premise and cloud environments.
• As an Atlassian Engineer, you will act as the primary technical expert for enterprise-scale Atlassian platform administration and integration, directly supporting business operations for over 1,000 users.

Your responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for business-driven integration initiatives involving Atlassian products
• Handle end-to-end integration workflows – from collecting requirements and assessing feasibility to designing architecture, implementing solutions, deploying them, and documenting the process
• Evaluate, recommend, and optimise plugin usage to meet evolving business needs and enhance workflows, reporting, and automation capabilities
• Establish best practices for governance, user management, and tool optimisation

Our requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence (both Cloud and Data Center), and advanced reporting using SQL and JQL
• Expertise in managing, optimising, and streamlining complex Jira workflows, permission schemes, and reporting tools
• Advanced proficiency in Groovy scripting, REST API, webhooks, middleware platforms, and custom automation for enterprise-scale solutions
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining integrations between Atlassian tools and external systems (e.g. identity systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, or Azure AD)
• Ability to design scalable integration architectures and troubleshoot data flow, API limits, auth methods, and sync issues
• Strong experience with 3rd-party add-ons: ScriptRunner and Automation for Jira, with the ability to identify and implement automation opportunities
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level or higher
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required

Optional

• Experience with migrating Atlassian environments (e.g., Server/Data Center to Cloud)
• Previous work with Jira plugin development, Cloud or Data Center
