Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Focus on acquiring and managing key clients, developing customized energy solutions, and contributing directly to business growth. You will have a unique opportunity to shape our approach to key account sales in this dynamic start-up environment.
  • Client Acquisition; identify and secure key accounts in the industrial and renewable sectors, focusing on energy solutions (power and natural gas) tailored to their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and deliver innovative energy products and services.
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the sales approach and strategies for key accounts in a start-up environment.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine sales approaches.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support both client and company goals.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights to senior management.
  • Representing the company at client meetings, industry conferences, and various events to promote its products, services, and brand image.

Nasze wymagania

  • At least 3 years of sales experience working for a power and/or natural gas trading company
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business development in competitive markets
  • Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships and deliver innovative solutions to clients
  • Familiarity with digital tools and sales automation to enhance efficiency and client engagement
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for creating and shaping new opportunities in a startup environment
  • Fluency in Polish and communication level in English
