Your responsibilities

• Do you enjoy hosting events and bringing people together?
• We’re looking for someone to help us build our marketing community through events.
• You’ll be hands-on in designing, planning, and executing creative event formats that align with our brand and audience and allow us to build a marketing community.
• - Researching and developing event ideas with the KLT Marketing team
• - Coordinating logistics: venue, guest lists, speakers, partners
• - Reaching out to potential collaborators, creators, and sponsors
• - Creating social media materials to promote event (IG post, etc)
• - Reaching out to potential guests on Linkedin, IG, etc.
• - Managing RSVPs and day-of details to ensure smooth execution
• - Following up with attendees and capturing post-event feedback
• We would like to host monthly events and with each event, grow our marketing community and presence in Poland.

Our requirements

• 1. Passion for social media, influencers, and trends
• 2. Strong English
• 3. Good organization and time management skills
• 5. Ability to design attractive posts and video clips
• 6. Proactive, reliable, and eager to take initiative
