About the project

• We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Junior Business Analyst (at least 1+ years of experience) to join our Digital Transformation team, working on an innovative Lab Digitalization project for the pharma industry. If you enjoy process mapping, working with documentation, and using AI tools to boost your productivity — this role is for you.

Your responsibilities

• Process Mapping (As-Is/To-Be): Document current workflows and design future process maps (incl. swimlane diagrams).
• Requirements Gathering & URS: Collect, structure, and document user requirements, including conducting workshops and interviews.
• Functional Specification (FS): Translate URS into detailed system functionalities.
• SOP Analysis & Change Recommendations: Review existing SOPs, identify gaps, and propose updates.
• AI-Enhanced Delivery: Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Copilot) to support document creation, diagrams, and analysis.
• Test Support: Support testers in understanding solutions and assist in creating test scenarios.

• Ability to create and interpret SOPs, including providing improvement recommendations.
• Familiarity with diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, Draw.io).
• Confidence in creating swimlane diagrams and process maps.
• Good command of English (written/spoken) is essential.
• Familiarity with AI tools to support analytical tasks (a strong plus).

Optional

• Understanding of IT/OT processes, LIMS systems, or practical experience in digital transformation projects within the life sciences/pharma industry.
