Your responsibilities

• Delivering recruitment processes from briefing to job offer in line with JTI standards
• Partnering with HR and Hiring Managers in Western Europe to design effective sourcing strategies
• Screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate assessment
• Maintaining talent pools and contributing to employer branding initiatives
• Using recruitment tools and systems efficiently and accurately

Our requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Experience in international and shared services environments is a plus
• Strong interview and time management skills
• Familiarity with ATS systems and MS Office
