Your responsibilities

• Implement FSCM Credit, Collections & Dispute Management into business as usual,
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on best practices for leveraging the FSCM platform,
• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of the FSCM platform to maximize efficiency and effectiveness,
• Communicating with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and other stakeholders, to ensure that everyone is informed about the progress,
• Providing guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure that they have the skills and support they need to complete their tasks,
• Working with clients or other stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations.

Our requirements

• Good expertise with credit, collections, dispute management processes, and solutions and have,
• Excellent understanding of end-to-end OtC processes,
• Understanding, articulating, and implementing the global standard processes and controls related to credit, collections & dispute management,
• Experience with SAP S4HANA / FSCM desirable. Alternatively, experience with other similar systems (e.g. Oracle, GetPaid, OnGuard, MS Dynamics, Apro, HighRadius, eMagia, Quadient etc.) is required.
• Strong relationship skills and communication skills,
• Strong organizational skills to define the correct tasks, identify interdependencies, and assemble the right team to execute project schedules with efficiency and excellence,
• Ability to multitask effectively and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment without close guidance or supervision,
• Communicate fluently in English,
• Ability to function independently, identifying problems and improvement opportunities, combined with formulating and implementing feasible solutions.
