Your responsibilities

• Creating, performing analysis and maintenance of customer data
• Identifying opportunities to improve data quality and reduce tasks cycle time
• Participate in deployment of new systems including all necessary testing activities depending on process supported
• Analysing negative trends or delays in the process to identify root causes enabling identification of proactive improvement opportunities
• Managing dual maintenance period during system deployment
• Cooperating with the team to ensure process, tools and performance measurement improvements
• Responding to account status enquiries from internal requestors

Employer requirements

• Proven experience working in SAP (about 3 years)
• Very good knowledge of English (min. B2-C1)
• Experience working with master data
• Higher education - min. Bachelor's degree
• Experience in data management/supply chain /order2cash/logistics
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience with Salesforce - nice to have
• Ability to learn quickly, be focus and accurate
• Openness to change and work in dynamic environment
• Willingness to work on a one-year contract
• Team player and people orientated
