Your responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and supporting rate negotiations with Freight Service Providers under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support in preparing documentation and data for complex logistics projects and annual tenders.
• Help with budget tracking and data collection to support budget planning and cost control.
• Monitor basic performance indicators of Service Providers and escalate service issues as needed.
• Conduct market research to identify new Freight Providers and innovative logistics solutions.
• Assist in communicating rate updates and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Collect, organize, and support the analysis of freight data for reporting and decision-making.
• Support the implementation and use of logistics systems such as TMS (Transporeon), Visibility platforms, and Sourcing tools.

Our requirements

• Education: Ongoing or recently completed university degree in Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Economics.
• Experience: Up to 1–2 years of experience or internships in logistics, procurement, or a related field.
• Language Skills: Good command of English (minimum B2 level); willingness to develop further.
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); eagerness to learn advanced tools.
• Analytical Skills: Interest in working with data and solving problems.
• Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
