Your responsibilities

• Leading of the monthly settlement process of sales agents for SME business
• Leading of the yearly settlement process of sales agents for SME business
• Cooperation with IT teams in the projects related to the development of the application for settlement of agent fees
• Monthly verification of the quality data in CRM system – implementation of the procedures and reporting process
• Cooperation with the operational teams in the company in order to improve the quality of the data in the CRM system
• Support in operational tasks of the monthly and yearly settlement processes of sales agents for SME business
• Ad hoc analysis

Our requirements

• Master’s Degree (Economy, Finance, Mathematics or related)
• Experience in the Project management
• 3-4 years of experience in the accounting or financial / controlling team
• SQL or Python skills will be an attitude
• Good written and spoken business English
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies will be an attitude
• Strong "can do" mentality and willingness to deliver in a multi-stakeholder environment
• Attitude towards action and the ability to work entrepreneurially and self-sufficiently
• Independence and initiative in action
