Your responsibilities

• Take ownership of the handover process from sales to delivery.
• Oversee onboarding processes, aligning with SLAs and managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Ensure that expectations set in pre-sales align with delivery capabilities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Ensure clients fully utilize the solution to achieve their desired outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and keep clients informed.
• Track product usage and address clients' concerns promptly.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Work to maximize client lifetime value, reduce churn, and strengthen long-term client commitment.
• Provide technical support to clients, ensure proper routing of inquiries, and coordinate issue resolution in collaboration with our technical team.

Our requirements

• Min. 3 years of proven experience in project management and customer success, ideally in a SaaS, IT, or technology company.
• Solid understanding of SLAs, onboarding processes, and client lifecycle management.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, presentation and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Presales, Legal, Technical).
• Very good command of English and Polish.
• Familiarity with identity verification, fraud detection, or security solutions is a plus.
