Your responsibilities

• Strategic planning of module development (Housing - Laundry Products)
• Creating roadmap for system development taking into account functional requirements, market trends and technology changes
• Technical support for development of new components as well as optimization of already produced parts
• Assessment of different technical solution in terms of development efforts, functionality and costs
• Requirements definition for the system and translating them in technical specification
• Ensure interface match with other modules
• Managing module related projects’ portfolio
• Support in creation of test specifications to validate developed technical solutions

Our requirements

• Completed technical studies, e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronic or similar
• Technical knowledge about design of metal (stamping) or cast iron parts
• Theoretical and practical knowledge about Systems Engineering approach
• Knowledge of relevant development process models (e.g. V-model, systems engineering, requirement management, etc.) as well as agile development methods
• Ability to develop technically complex systems and innovative product features
• Solution oriented and holistic thinking, strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a high level of technical understanding
• Fluent English or/and German is a must
