Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Required Major : Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
  • Master degree will be a plus
  • Required Skills : Experience in using FEM Solutions
  • Knowledge of MIDAS CIVIL
  • Work experience in a design consulting firm is a plus
  • Fluent communication skills in English

Nasze wymagania

  • Provide the independent technical consultation of EU customer inquiries for the best possible support in the use of MIDAS software solutions.
  • Processing of technical supports requests via MIDAS online technical center platform.
  • Solving for technical problems/bugs to MIDAS IT HQ technical developers.
  • Planning for the further development plan specialized in EU regions(i.e. France National Annex Codes, Moving Load Annex).
  • Execute the various types of webinar, seminar contents for EU civil engineers to provide MIDAS Technology capabilities & project applications.
  • Deliver work such as structural analysis, feasibility studies, tenders designs, detailed designs and the production of technical reports under the supervision of senior staff.
  • Use of FEM design software.
  • Flexibility to travel in European countries/US for technical consultation using MIDAS family program in EU countries, US and UK
  • B2B contract negotiable.
