Your responsibilities

  • Lead and support engineering recruitment (search, interviews, candidate journey)
  • Manage the recruitment funnel + analyze and report progress
  • Take part in performance evaluation cycles (every 2–3 months): prep, logistics, follow-up
  • Help new hires integrate into our team and culture
  • Collaborate with engineers, developers, and algorithm teams — build trust and communication

Our requirements

  • You want to build HR processes with meaning, not just follow templates
  • You’re curious about tech environments and complex systems
  • You enjoy recruitment and want to grow into broader HR areas
  • You’re not afraid of spreadsheets, metrics, or tough questions

Optional

  • Experience in recruitment or HR internships
  • Comfort with Google Workspace / basic ATS tools
  • Background or interest in psychology, management, HR, or engineering
  • Basic Polish or English — enough to communicate with the team
