Your responsibilities

  • As the Sales Director for Central and Eastern Europe( Including Poland). You will drive sales growth, establish new business partnerships, and manage customer relationships across the region. You will play a key role in executing our sales strategy and expanding our market presence, helping us deliver our innovative energy solutions to customers across the region.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Lead and manage sales efforts across the CEE region to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector, focusing on solar and energy storage solutions.
  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to ensure market penetration and business growth.
  • • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to senior management.
  • • Collaborate with the technical and product teams to ensure customer needs are met with appropriate solutions.
  • • Represent Hinen Energy at industry events, trade shows, and conferences in the region.

Our requirements

  • • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales in the PV/BESS sector.
  • • In-depth knowledge of the renewable energy market in Central and Eastern Europe, particularly in solar and energy storage.
  • • Strong network of contacts within the CEE energy industry, including customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • • The ability to work independently and manage a remote team across different locations.
  • • Fluency in English; additional languages spoken in the CEE region are a plus.
  • • Willingness to do business travels within Poland and the CEE region.
