Twój zakres obowiązków

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of operations for agro fintech-lender in the Poland Market at LANDE. The role is located in Warsaw but allows for some work from home. The Head of operations will be responsible for developing lending products, leading sales efforts, developing and implementing regional strategies, managing a sales team, and overseeing operations in the agro-lending sector.

• Sales Management, Strategic Planning, and Team Leadership skills
• Experience in the microfinance industry
• Financial Analysis and Risk Management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in Polish and English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
