Your responsibilities

  • Development and management of relationship to national key accounts.
  • Creation and implementation of tailored annual account plans and growth strategies.
  • Responsibility for negotiations regarding listings, promotions, pricing and trade terms.
  • Drive and monitoring of the sales plan, profitability targets & forecasts. Manage the advertising cost budgets and cost center budgets for the polish market.
  • Conducting market analyses as well as developing together with the Marketing department new products/concepts for Poland.
  • Participation in the strategic, rough, and detailed planning of sales.
  • Sharing local best practices and insights to international team.

Our requirements

  • University degree (focus on international business) or comparable education.
  • Minimum 5 years of Key Account Management experience in FMCG sector (it is a must) – preferably in the coffee category.
  • Proven track record of success in sales development and new product launches.
  • Experience in negotiating annual contracts and familiarity with market terms and conditions.
  • Detailed knowledge in the application of planning and controlling instruments as well as in dealing with business figures.
  • In-depth knowledge of coffee markets.
  • Fluent in Polish and English. Ideally, knowledge of German is also available.
