About the project

• We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to support a real estate company based in Switzerland in the strategic development and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role is instrumental in helping the company expand its customer base and build new business partnerships through advanced marketing automation and personalized engagement strategies.

Your responsibilities

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders on designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Marketing Cloud Growth
• Developing and maintaining dynamic content using AMPScript for personalizing communications across multiple channels
• Analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights for improving customer acquisition and retention
• Ensuring seamless integration of Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce products and third-party systems
• Providing technical guidance and training to marketing teams and other users
• Working in a multilingual environment and navigating German-language interfaces and documentation

Our requirements

• Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly in the Engagement and Growth modules
• Strong proficiency in AMPScript is essential
• German language skills at a minimum B1 level – the ability to understand and work with German-language system interfaces and documentation is required
• Fluency in English B2/C1 level, used for daily communication with stakeholders and team members
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
