Your responsibilities

• make a difference by handling employee processes and requests in French
• collaborate with colleagues locally & across the EMEA region
• maintain employee data in local and global systems ensuring consistent data quality
• make recommendations for process improvements and innovations to drive efficiency
• support with HR analytics and reporting
• take part in the HR transformation projects

Employer requirements

• university degree within HR, Business Administration or equivalent education
• first experience in HR will be a big advantage
• very good knowledge of French, English and Polish (min. B2)
• ability to manage time, organize and prioritize tasks independently
• positive can-do-mindset, collaborative, flexible, resourceful, desire to grow, learn and advance
