Your responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional Customer Support
• Telephone, email and chat support to the company's German-speaking customers and partners. When necessary, also help supporting other countries, mainly in Europe
• Administrative tasks such as database management and invoice cases, order modifications
• Registration, deviation handling and follow-up work
• Manage customer queries and claims
• Communicating with colleagues from other areas in the organisation, such as partners Support, Logistics, Finance, IT
• Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

Our requirements

• Native -level fluency in German, speaking and writing
• Fluent in English in speech as well as written, other language knowledge is meritorious
• Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
• A positive, team-oriented mindset and the ability to handle challenges with a smile
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar customer-facing role
• Familiarity with administrative and support-related tasks is a strong advantage
• Polish work permit
