Your responsibilities

• Offers technical advice and provides comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers regarding ABB’s products/systems/applications.
• Provides technical support during technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
• Performs analytics and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable technical solution to meet the customer needs.
• Proposes the most suitable technical solutions for complex enquiries.
• Supports the manager in preparing and delivering the technical presentations and demonstrations on complex product issues, to both internal staff and customers.
• Provides/delivers product/solution/service-related training.
• Supports the manages in preparing and validating the technical articles to publish.

Our requirements

• Electrical Engineering degree, Electrical Technician.
• English – Fluent (spoken/written).
• More than 3 years relevant experience in technical support or solution engineering.
• Branch experience in electrical building infrastructures / industrial automation / building automation.
• Background knowledge in BMS, HVAC, KNX, security, energy management. emergency lighting solutions.
