Your responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide personalized assistance and guidance to new parents and first-time users of our maternal and female health products.
• Educate customers about our products and services, highlighting their unique benefits and features.
• Act as a storyteller, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services to differentiate us from competitors.
• Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately and promptly.
• Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and key result areas (KRAs) for the project.
• Maintain a high level of adherence and compliance with company policies, processes, and procedures.

Our requirements

• Minimum 6-12 months of experience in customer support BPO.
• High school diploma or GED; college education preferred.
• Experienced mothers, fathers, and grandparents are preferred candidates.
• Native fluency in Spanish, French, and Dutch languages.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in the desired language.
• Strong customer service skills with a natural ability to empathize and connect with customers.
• Familiarity with using computers and basic system applications.
• Ability to effectively use online search engines at basic and advanced levels.
