Your responsibilities

• Coordinate production processes and all related documentation for order fulfillment, including daily production assignments to factories
• Oversee and collaborate closely with subcontractors and manufacturers (suppliers) to ensure seamless order handling
• Verify and enforce the punctuality and quality of production
• Maintain close daily collaboration with customer service, logistics, and accounting departments
• Resolve technical and logistical issues related to ongoing orders

Our requirements

• Job experience in similar position in production/supply chain +2 years
• Strong knowledge about lifecycle of production process
• Fluency in Polish and confidence in English
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Positive attitude towards people, production challenges or processes
• Willingness to gain knowledge and develop skills

Optional

• Technical background (student/apprentice or job experience) in printing, production management, or logistics
• Experience in the packaging field
