Your responsibilities

• Review and verify client trade instructions to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Communicate with clients primarily via email to resolve any instruction issues
• Monitor trade transactions from initiation through to settlement completion
• Contact global banks and partners to verify transaction status and details
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or problems with trade transactions

Employer requirements

• Previous experience in finance industry, capital markets, or international company settings
• Higher education with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in English language at B2/C1 level for effective communication
• Ability to communicate effectively and absorb complex financial knowledge
• Self-starter with proactive approach and objective-oriented mindset
• Competence in multitasking and managing competing priorities efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy for daily tasks
