Your responsibilities

  • Supporting sales engineers with administrative tasks and quotation preparation
  • Managing reservations, warehouse coordination, and shipping schedules
  • Creating and maintaining contracts and documentation in WYNNE or SAP
  • Coordinating with freelance technicians and transport providers
  • Handling customer inquiries and commercial issues
  • Maintaining rental databases, CRM systems, and accessory inventories
  • Assisting with certifications, translations, and marketing materials
  • Supporting procurement of spare parts, workwear, and safety equipment

Our requirements

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent experience in administration/logistics
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP
  • Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
  • A collaborative team spirit and high level of motivation
