Your responsibilities

• Map in detail customer and operational processes to identify pain points and opportunities
• Challenge the status quo using data and business insights
• Support AI integration and digital transformation projects
• Apply Lean principles to streamline workflows and reduce operational waste
• Define requirements for dashboards in Power BI and build reports in Excel
• Work closely with the Centre of Excellence and stakeholders to deliver meaningful improvements

Our requirements

• Excellent analytical skills and process mapping ability
• Proficient in Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
• Basic knowledge of CRMs and digital tools
• Self-starter with curiosity, initiative, and a drive to improve
• English Proficiency

Optional

• Experience or strong interest in e-commerce or retail
• Exposure to IT project coordination or transformation work
