Your responsibilities

• Manage the complete operational trade lifecycle, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, trading desks, brokers, Sales, and Structuring teams
• Monitor and support front office risk, new issuances, client queries, and corporate actions
• Work closely with product experts to review trade flows and identify operational risks
• Analyse and propose improvements to enhance process efficiency and scalability
• Translate complex regulatory and operational requirements into practical solutions
• Own and oversee front-to-back trade execution processes and support business growth initiatives

Our requirements

• At least one year of experience in Trade Processing supporting an Equities business
• Solid understanding of Equity Derivative products, Cash Securities, and Listed Derivatives
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills, both regionally and globally
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders and trading desks
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, able to manage competing deadlines
• Fluent in English with a willingness to work on-site in Warsaw
