Your responsibilities

• Creating and processing sales and purchase orders
• Managing and updating software subscriptions
• Handling communication with customers and distributors (mostly via email)
• Monitoring customer accounts and managing internal case handling
• Coordinating across departments to resolve order-related issues
• Supporting the sales team with reporting and data

• Fluent English, both verbally and in writing (essential)
• Positive attitude, fast learner, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tools
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proactive approach to the work assigned
• Previous experience in Sales Operations or order handling is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to teach you everything you need to know if you bring the right mindset!
