• The PBS Technology department handles all technical aspect related to the implementation of projects in the SAP environment. This mainly involves programming, not only in ABAP and SAPUI5, but also in the BTP environment (Java and Node.js), CX, and system integration (PI/CPI). Our architects also participate in the client bidding process and in the design of IT solutions.

Your responsibilities

• design, implement, and support SAP GRC Access Control (AC) solutions, including ARA, EAM, BRM, and ARM modules;
• conduct risk analysis, role simulations, and SoD (Segregation of Duties) reviews to ensure compliance and security;
• collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine GRC strategies and policies aligned with business and regulatory requirements;
• monitor and optimize GRC workflows and controls in SAP ERP and S/4HANA environments;
• participate in internal initiatives such as knowledge sharing, mentoring, and SAP Community engagement.

Our requirements

• minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control modules;
• strong understanding of compliance frameworks, risk management, and internal controls in SAP landscapes;
• experience in integrating GRC with SAP roles and authorization concepts;
• excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• very good command of English or German (both languages are a plus).

Optional

• familiarity with SAP IDM or FIORI in the context of GRC;
• experience in GRC project implementations or audits;
• knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR) and their application in SAP environments.
