Your responsibilities

• Support factory start-up in specific areas of expertise (e.g. food safety, HACCP, hygiene, pest control, chemical contaminants, sensory, thermal processing, statistical process control, net content)
• Promote quality awareness across the company
• Define and update the specific quality procedures, instruction and tools which are directly related to their area
• Support activities to achieve compliance with the quality systems requirements
• Deliver training for their specific areas of expertise
• Conduct quality audits

Our requirements

• University graduate or equivalent (preferred food science related)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a quality department
• Experience in successfully implementing quality assurance programs
• Developed ability to build personal relationships with different functions based on trust and open communication
• Developed training and coaching skills
• Upper-intermediate English level
• Proficiency in MS Office
• SAP knowledge will be an asset
