Your responsibilities

• Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products in service
• Avoid stock-out situation for materials by applying efficient safety stock planning aligned with business inventory management strategy and regular monitoring inventory levels
• Analyse and define inventory levels (safety stocks) for phase in / out product materials and regular materials
• Analyse materials consumption and define, calculate and maintain typical stock parameters such as safety stock, target inventory, reorder point, MOQ or EOQ
• Plan inventory levels for service maintenance or revision production plans
• Review and maintain all relevant Master Data, especially maintain material records for origin of goods and HS Codes
• Responsibility for performance monitoring and alerting (KPI)
• Drive continuous improvement on the key processes
• Close cooperation with Production / Warehouse / Logistics/R&D leads on site

Our requirements

• Material and inventory management process experience
• Computer literacy – SAP Material management, Material Requirement Planning, Logistics, Warehouse
• 2-3 years supply chain/ MRP/ supply/capacity/production planning/ inventory management/ demand planning experience in manufacturing or FMCG company
• MS Excel proficiency with strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy
• Fluent in English - additional French would be an advantage
