Your responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to regional leaders, advising on communication and change strategies supporting the SSC-to-GBS transformation
• Plan and deliver clear, engaging internal communications (town halls, newsletters, videos, intranet) aligned with business goals
• Lead or support change initiatives using the ADKAR model — ensuring readiness, adoption, and continuous feedback
• Strengthen employee engagement and EVP through events, recognition programs, and storytelling initiatives
• Provide change and communication input across cross-functional projects, from planning through rollout
• Track KPIs and feedback to measure impact and continuously improve communication and change efforts

Our requirements

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience as a Change Manager in global or matrixed organizations
• Prosci ADKAR certification and practical application of the framework in transformation programs
• Excellent English communication skills (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures
• Background in GBS or shared services environments is a strong asset
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
