Your responsibilities

• Supporting the creation of the five-year plan, annual budget, and quarterly reforecasts
• Managing the planning calendar and ensuring discipline throughout the planning process
• Preparing presentation materials for the Management Board
• Collaborating with the Commercial Finance and Accounting teams
• Consolidating monthly results and analyzing key business drivers
• Preparing concise and insightful financial reports and commentaries for Dealz
• Preparing regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly), dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to support decision-making
• Supporting management in interpreting financial data and providing strategic recommendations
• Analyzing operational and financial data against KPIs and benchmarks
• Identifying internal and market trends and delivering insights to the CFO and Management Board
• Building and maintaining financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analyses
• Assessing the impact of different scenarios on financial performance and recommending actions
• Standardizing KPI definitions across the Group
• Ensuring consistent business reporting based on unified data
• Participating in the development of tools, systems, and financial planning processes
• Supporting the BI strategy and exploring opportunities for AI utilization in FP&A processes

Our requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Knowledge of financial planning processes (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Ability to think analytically, draw conclusions, and make recommendations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to influence others and build relationships at all levels of the organization
• Experience working with senior management and presenting analyses at an executive level
• Quickly adapting to changing environment
