Your responsibilities

  • Setting up MIDs for online terminals;
  • Making updates in Fenige’s Admin Panel based on signed agreements and annexes;
  • Creating and managing tickets for the IT team;
  • Providing ongoing support and maintenance for MIDs;
  • Assisting Implementation Managers with their day-to-day tasks;
  • Communicating with clients via chat and email to resolve their issues;
  • Working closely with other departments such as AML, Risk, and Accounting to ensure smooth processes.

Our requirements

  • Highly motivated to deliver great results quickly and with attention to quality;
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines, even with demanding clients;
  • Fluent in both Polish and English (C-level); Russian is a strong plus;
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office;
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset;
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
