Your responsibilities

• Providing professional support to international customers via email and phone
• Managing orders, returns, deliveries, and invoice-related inquiries
• Collaborating closely with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and sales
• Ensuring accuracy of customer data and documentation in internal systems
• Escalating and resolving issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the O2C process

Our requirements

• Proficiency in French, Spanish, Italian, or another European language (min. B2/C1)
• Good command of English (used daily in internal communication)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
• Basic MS Office/computer skills
• Previous experience in customer service or O2C processes is a plus, but not required
