Your responsibilities

• Maintain suppliers / customer / employee master data on a daily basis
• Creating users access, roles and manage them
• Maintain Chart of Accounts in SAP ByD system
• Maintain SAP ByD organizational structure
• Monitor, analyse, and resolve data-related issues that arise and ensuring data consistency and integrity
• Support to stakeholders and addressing any Master Data related issues promptly
• Assist business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation

Our requirements

• Experience in finance systems maintenance and master data management
• Extensive or expert knowledge in Customer/Vendor domain
• Process and systems mapping experience
• A proactive approach, anticipating potential challenges and proposing solutions
• Readiness for full onsite work in Kraków office
• Strong written and communication skills in English language
• Communication skills with prior exposure to business stakeholders across different Countries and levels of organization
• Adaptability to evolving project requirements and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Optional

• SAP Business ByDesign knowledge as an asset
• Experience in implementation/roll-out projects
• Basic knowledge of financial accounting processes
