Your responsibilities

• Deliver written customer support via email for the German market.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues by reviewing past interactions and using internal tools.
• Process manual refunds and address GDPR-related complaints with care and accuracy.
• Ensure every customer interaction is professional, empathetic, and solution-focused.
• Work with multiple systems efficiently while maintaining a high level of precision.

Employer requirements

• German language proficiency at C1 level
• English language proficiency at B2+ / C1 level
• Ability to work full-time in shifts within the timeframe 09:00 – 18:00 CET, Monday to Sunday
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach
• Availability to work on-site in Szczecin
