Your responsibilities

  • We are seeking a Contract Management Specialist with a strong commercial mindset to act as a key partner in our business operations. This role plays a pivotal part in managing international commercial deals, supporting the order-to-cash process, and ensuring accurate deal execution and financial insights for senior management.
  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, service, operations and finance to support contract validation, cash collection and customer financing projects. Your work will directly influence revenue recognition, cash flow management, and commercial decision-making. This position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives on engaging with commercial stakeholders while maintaining solid financial control.
  • Commercial Support:
  • Participate in different cross functional meetings to support the order-to-cash process (validate commercial contract and approvals, cash collection, sales order and invoice creation, customer acceptance).
  • Keep ERP systems updated to reflect the current status of equipment deals and leasing arrangements.
  • Handle bank leasing and letter of credit processes including creation, review, amendments, and communication with relevant stakeholders in complex international commercial contracts.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in the order-to-cash process and accounting workflows.
  • Support forecast cycles with deal-level cashflow data and insights.
  • Facilitate quotation and follow-up on customer leasing projects.
  • Financial Operations & Compliance:
  • Support month-end and year-end closing.
  • Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial data.
  • Contribute to statutory reporting cycles, audits, and compliance with internal controls as needed.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in finance and/or customer service, ideally with exposure to sales processes.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills with the confidence to engage with senior commercial stakeholders and push back respectfully when needed.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial compliance processes.
  • Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on and proactive — eager to investigate, analyze, and solve issues independently.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities, meeting strict deadlines and have a strong sense of urgency.

Optional

  • Experience with contract management
  • Familiarity with banking instruments (e.g., letters of credit, leasing)
  • Prior experience in industrial or capital goods industries
