About the project

  • Our Admin IT team is made up of three areas:
  • • Workstation, responsible for supporting laptops, mobile devices, access to different applications/aliases, collaboration areas, and daily tech needs.
  • • IT Infrastructure, handling servers, backups, and internal systems.
  • • Network, Security & Availability, taking care of security, monitoring, and automation tools.
  • Together, IT Admin keep the company running smoothly, support Sollers’ work, and constantly improve the tools and environments everyone relies on.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead the support and improvement of workstations and end-user environments company-wide.
  • Plan and execute workstation service roadmaps (e.g. OS upgrades, hardware refresh, automation).
  • Manage the full User Identity Lifecycle (joiner, mover, leaver) in collaboration with HR, IT Security and Business stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to end-user platforms.
  • Drive automation initiatives and process improvements in workstation management.
  • Analyze and respond to user needs, ensuring high performance and usability of workstation setups.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to network, workstation configurations and peripheral devices.
  • Work with other Stream Leaders and stakeholders to deliver consistent and effective support.
  • Lead and develop a team of specialists supporting workstations in a dynamic environment.

Our requirements

  • Have at least 2–3 years of experience in leading a team, ideally in IT Administration, infrastructure or helpdesk environment.
  • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge related to workstation support, automation, and system management.
  • Manage priorities and make decisions under pressure while keeping the team on track.
  • Have practical experience with license management tools and policies.
  • Show experience in managing risk and adapting to changing business needs.
  • Be familiar with process automation tools and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, SCCM, Intune).
  • Have experience with Microsoft 365 and most of the services included (e.g. SharePoint, Exchange Online).
  • Understand systems like Windows, Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, and Azure AD.
  • Possess basic Linux and infrastructure knowledge.
  • Be fluent in Polish and English (at least B2+ level).
  • Have strong troubleshooting skills, especially in network and desktop-related issues.
  • Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support your team, resolve conflicts when needed, and look for ways to improve.
