Your responsibilities

• Developing and overseeing budgets and financial forecasting
• Communicate promptly with accounting firm, cooperate with HR Department to make sure payrolls and taxes are paid in time and compliant to local laws and company policies
• Cooperate with finance teams in Chinese HQ for their information need, provide various business and Finance statistics and reports as requested by them
• Investment management in renewable source of energy
• Coordinate with colleagues in China to initiate the payment request and act as the first accounting reviewer in the OA payment procedures

Our requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial finance or controlling role
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Proficient in financial analysis and controlling tools
• Fluent in English
• Capable of working independently in a project-based environment
• Diligent and hardworking, able to work under pressure. Detail-oriented and strong compliance and risk mindset are needed
• Comfortable working in a startup-like environment as we establish our presence in Poland
