Your responsibilities

• Providing full ship agency services
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks
• Proper use and care of the employer’s equipment, office, and workplace

Our requirements

• Minimum 12 months of experience as a Ship Agent (mandatory)
• Very good command of spoken and written English
• Category B driving license
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office)
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to plan and manage own work effectively
• High level of personal culture, professionalism, and workplace organization
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under time pressure
• Readiness to work in a flexible system (shift work and weekends)
• Willingness to learn and develop personally
• Initiative in developing company procedures and improving customer service
