Your responsibilities

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ITIL Service Management Event Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing IT events, ensuring that all incidents are efficiently handled and resolved. This role requires a deep understanding of ITIL processes and best practices, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Key Responsibilities:
• • Manage and oversee IT events, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents.
• • Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless event management and incident resolution.
• • Develop and implement ITIL processes and best practices to improve event management.
• • Monitor and analyze event data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on event status and performance.
• • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

Our requirements

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and event coordination.
• Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and certification is an advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software.
• Excellent German communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
• Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues during events.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and mitigate risks.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage virtual teams.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the event are covered and executed flawlessly.
• Ability to produce and maintain detailed documentation and reports related to event management.
