Twój zakres obowiązków

• As the Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless supply chain processes, vendor performance, and continuous operational improvement within a dynamic e-commerce environment.
• Key responsibilities:
• Overseeing daily order fulfillment across AUTODOC's warehouses, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving operational issues
• Serving as the primary contact for external vendors, managing performance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitoring vendor KPIs, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating onboarding processes.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with procurement, finance, logistics, customer service, and IT to support smooth order flow
• Analyzing and optimizing fulfillment and vendor processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards
• Driving performance improvements by identifying trends, tracking metrics, and implementing corrective actions

Nasze wymagania

• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain coordination, logistics operations, vendor management, or procurement operations, preferably within e-commerce environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Advanced English skills (knowledge of Polish, Russian or German will be a plus)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
