Your responsibilities

• Implementing the Documentation Management Plan within the project organization
• Ensuring the availability of all project documentation
• Categorizing technical and management documents in line with Alstom's internal rules and project needs
• Managing the timely delivery of documentation to the customer
• Alerting the project management team to upcoming documentation-related milestones
• Monitoring the documentation status for the customer and stakeholders

Our requirements

• Hands-on experience in senior-level document control roles, preferably in dynamic engineering projects with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in English communication
• Familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability
