Your responsibilities

• Supporting various recruitment process areas, such as screening CVs, posting jobs, and communicating with candidates
• Representing Schaeffler at job fairs and university events to promote our brand and culture
• Assisting in administering training and development programs
• Supporting and coordinating the onboarding process of new employees
• Maintaining and managing data within HR systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Participating in operational meetings, gaining valuable insights into HR strategies and decision-making
• Involvement in HR projects on a local level

Our requirements

• Actively pursuing a degree, ideally in Human Resources or Business Administration, preferably at the master's level
• Able to work at least 30 hours per week (we offer a flexible schedule to balance studies and internship)
• Proficient in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Fluent in both English and Polish, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking
• Having strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
