Your responsibilities

• Leading full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of roles across the CE region
• Sourcing and engaging top talent using modern tools and creative channels
• Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HRBPs to align talent strategies with business needs
• Managing the interview, selection, and offer processes with a focus on efficiency and experience
• Leading employer branding initiatives to position us as an employer of choice in the region

Our requirements

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency or in-house), preferably in a regional or international context
• Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written) is a must
• Interest in development in other areas of HR beyond recruitment
• Confidence working with various stakeholders and building trusted relationships
• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset
• A resilient, flexible, and proactive approach - you thrive in dynamic environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation delivery
