Your responsibilities

  • Supporting Finance Team in receiving, reviewing, and checking documents for completeness
  • Supporting Pricing Team in creating reports and analysis
  • Maintain and update databases containing product pricing information
  • Active invoices verification (AP)
  • Processing documents using financial systems & tools
  • Reporting activities related to the processed documents
  • Supporting simple activities according to the priorities (review suppliers' open items, check vendor payments, reconcile & analyze account balances during month end close process, etc.)
  • Ensuring data cleanliness
  • Be engaged in the team meetings

Our requirements

  • You know English on a communicative level
  • You know other European language - would be beneficail
  • You are a student, a graduate of the following faculties: Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics or related
  • You have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with particular focus on Excel
  • You want to join an international company and develop new practical competences in the accounting area
  • You are a communicative person
  • You learn very quickly
  • You like working with data
